The GLOBALfiber 18-channel CWDM Mux/Demux provides passive wavelength multiplexing for high-capacity optical transmission over limited fiber infrastructure. It supports up to 18 independent optical channels in the 1270–1610 nm wavelength range, spaced at 20 nm according to the standard CWDM ITU-T G.694.2 grid. This unit allows multiple data services to be transported through a single fiber pair, improving fiber efficiency and lowering network deployment cost.

The module is suitable for Ethernet, SDH/SONET, OTN, Fibre Channel, GPON/XGS-PON overlay, and custom wavelength services. With passive Thin-Film Filter (TFF) technology, it requires no external power and operates reliably across industrial temperature ranges.
