GLOBALfiber PLC PON Splitters are based on advanced silica glass waveguide technology with precision-aligned fiber pigtails, delivering a compact, reliable, and cost-effective solution for optical power distribution in passive fiber networks.
Designed for modern GPON and XGS-PON deployments, these splitters provide excellent optical performance across a wide wavelength range from 1260 nm to 1650 nm, with stable operation in harsh environments from –40 °C to +85 °C. The result is consistent signal quality, low insertion loss, and long-term network stability.
GLOBALfiber PLC splitters are available in standard 1×N configurations (1×2 to 1×32) as well as 2×N configurations (2×2 to 2×32) for protected or redundant network designs.

1×N PLC Splitters – Standard PON Distribution 1×N PLC splitters are designed for standard PON architectures where a single OLT port is passively split to serve multiple ONUs.
Available configurations include 1×2, 1×4, 1×8, 1×16 and 1×32, supporting efficient subscriber expansion while maintaining stable optical performance.
2×N PLC Splitters – Redundant and Protected Architectures
2×N PLC splitters feature two independent input fibers feeding the same output ports, enabling protected PON designs and improved network availability.
Available configurations include 2×2, 2×4, 2×8, 2×16 and 2×32.
