The GLOBALfiber XGS-PON / GPON Combo OLT Transceiver (C+ class) is a carrier-grade SFP-DD optical module designed for 20 km PON deployments requiring higher optical margins than standard B+ solutions. It supports simultaneous XGS-PON and GPON operation on the same fiber, enabling a controlled and non-disruptive migration from GPON to XGS-PON.
With increased transmit power, improved receiver sensitivity, and industrial temperature operation, this module is well suited for access networks with higher split ratios, longer distribution fibers, or stricter margin requirements.
