25G SFP28 ZR 1310nm 80km Optical Transceiver
The S25G-ZR is a high-performance optical transceiver designed for 25G serial data transmission over single-mode fiber (SMF) across distances up to 80 km. It supports data rates up to 25.78 Gbps and complies with the SFP and SFP28 MSA standards for mechanical dimensions and low-speed electrical interfaces.
The transmitter integrates a 1310nm EML laser with an internal CDR and EML driver, while the receiver features a SOA-enhanced PIN photodiode with TIA and integrated Rx CDR. The module also supports Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM) in accordance with SFF-8472, enabling real-time monitoring of laser output, receiver performance, and module temperature and voltage via a standard SFF-8419 2-wire interface.
