The 800G OSFP to 2×400G QSFP112 Passive Direct Attach Copper (DAC) breakout cable is designed for high-speed 800G Ethernet switch-to-NIC connectivity in next-generation data center environments.
This passive copper solution converts a single 800G OSFP finned-top port—typically used on high-performance switches—into two independent 400G QSFP112 ports commonly deployed in network interface cards (NICs). Operating without active components, it delivers reliable, ultra-low-latency connectivity with near-zero power consumption.
The cable is fully compliant with OSFP MSA, QSFP112 MSA, IEEE 802.3ck, and CMIS Rev 5.0, ensuring interoperability across 800G and 400G Ethernet platforms.
