The 800G OSFP to 2×400G OSFP Passive Direct Attach Copper (DAC) breakout cable is engineered for high-density 800G Ethernet deployments in telecom and data center environments. This passive copper solution enables a single 800G OSFP port to split into two independent 400G OSFP connections, delivering a practical and cost-efficient breakout architecture.
Compliant with OSFP MSA, IEEE 802.3ck, and CMIS v4.0, the cable ensures interoperability with modern 800G and 400G Ethernet platforms. Operating over passive Twinax copper, it requires no additional power for signal conditioning, making it an energy-efficient solution for short-range connectivity.
