The MMA4Z00-NS400 compatible OSFP transceiver is a high-performance 400G optical module designed for InfiniBand NDR (Next Data Rate) systems. Featuring a Flat-Top (OSFP-RHS) form factor and a parallel SR4 multimode interface, it uses 100G PAM4 modulation across four channels to deliver a total throughput of 400Gbps.
This transceiver supports up to 50 meters over OM4 multimode fiber using an MPO-12/APC connector, making it ideal for short-reach, high-density data center interconnects. Fully qualified for end-to-end InfiniBand NDR deployments, it ensures low latency and high bandwidth in demanding compute environments.
The module includes Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) via I²C interface, providing real-time diagnostics and reliability monitoring. Common use cases include ConnectX-7 adapters, NVIDIA OSFP platforms, and 2x400G twin-port InfiniBand switches in supercomputing and AI infrastructure.
