The 400G OSFP Passive Direct Attach Copper (DAC) Twinax cable provides a high-performance OSFP-to-OSFP copper interconnect designed for next-generation 400G Ethernet deployments. Featuring the OSFP finned-top form factor, this cable is optimized for air-cooled switching platforms where thermal efficiency and signal integrity are critical. Built with ultra-low-loss materials, square-ring contacts, and an 8-wire twisted pair construction, the cable delivers excellent mechanical durability, improved bending performance, and stable high-speed transmission. It is validated in live switching systems to ensure optimal end-to-end signal integrity in demanding environments.
This passive DAC solution is ideal for very short-reach 400G connections between switches and routers within the same rack or between adjacent racks. It is widely deployed in Software-Defined Networking (SDN), Machine Learning (ML), AI clusters, and cloud computing infrastructures.
