The MMS4X00-NS400 OSFP DR4 transceiver is a 400G optical module designed for high-performance InfiniBand NDR deployments. It features a Flat-Top OSFP (OSFP-RHS) form factor and a parallel optical interface using a single MPO-12/APC connector.
This transceiver uses 100G PAM4 modulation across 4 channels and supports up to 500 meters over OS2 single-mode fiber (SMF) at a 1310nm wavelength. Fully qualified for InfiniBand NDR (Next Data Rate) end-to-end networks, it ensures ultra-low latency and scalable bandwidth in dense compute fabrics.

Equipped with Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) via I²C interface, it provides real-time access to key operating parameters. The module is ideal for deployment in ConnectX-7 adapters, 2×400G twin-port InfiniBand switches, and supercomputing or HPC clusters that require dense, high-speed interconnectivity with full InfiniBand NDR compliance.
