The 8-Channel DWDM MUX/DEMUX (CH53–CH60) is a fully passive optical multiplexing solution designed for high-capacity C-band transmission over dual fiber. The unit combines eight DWDM wavelengths onto a single fiber pair, enabling scalable, cost-efficient transport without the need for additional active equipment.
Designed by GLOBALfiber, this DWDM MUX/DEMUX follows the ITU-T G.694.1 standard with 100 GHz channel spacing and is delivered in a compact LGX plug-in format for 1U rack systems.
An integrated EXP (Expansion) port allows seamless future bandwidth growth by cascading additional DWDM MUX/DEMUX units on different wavelength ranges—without leasing or installing extra fibers.
