The GLOBALfiber G-COADM-4-LU-5561 is a passive CWDM OADM that adds and drops selected wavelengths on east and west optical paths. This LGX module for 2-slot 1U rack version provides 4 add/drop channels per direction for dual fiber, west and east networks, making it suitable for wavelength-based expansion of existing fiber infrastructure. Its channel configuration is C55 / C57 / C59 / C61; 20 nm spacing.
The add/drop ports provide access to the selected wavelengths while the line ports carry the through path. Match the channel selection to the transceivers and include the loss of every add/drop and through section when planning the optical link.
