GLOBALfiber 2-Channel CWDM OADM – Dual Fiber, East/West, DIN Mount
The GLOBALfiber 2-Channel CWDM OADM is a passive, high-performance optical add/drop multiplexer designed to maximize fiber utilization in networks where fiber resources are limited. The unit enables simultaneous add and drop of two CWDM wavelengths in both east and west directions over dual fiber, without power, software, or active electronics.
Housed in a compact and robust DIN-mount enclosure, this OADM is ideal for central offices, street cabinets, industrial installations, and technical racks.

Function and Operation
The 2-channel CWDM OADM allows:
• Add and drop of two independent CWDM wavelengths
• Bidirectional operation (east / west) on dual fiber
• Transparent pass-through of remaining CWDM channels
The device uses Thin Film Filter (TFF) technology to achieve precise wavelength separation, low insertion loss, and high channel isolation. As a fully passive component, it ensures predictable behavior, zero maintenance, and high operational reliability.
