40G QSFP+ to 10G SFP+ Adapter Converter Module
The QSFP+ to SFP+ adapter converter module enables seamless 10G Ethernet connectivity by allowing a standard 10G SFP+ transceiver to operate in a 40G QSFP+ port. It is an ideal solution for network migration, port reuse, and flexible deployment where 10G optics are required on QSFP+-based platforms.
The adapter is fully compliant with QSFP+ and SFP+ MSA standards and features an integrated MCU that enables proper I²C communication between the host system and the inserted SFP+ transceiver.
Only lane 1 of the QSFP+ electrical interface is active; the remaining three lanes are not connected.
