The MMS1C10-CM compatible QSFP28 optical transceiver is a high-performance, 4-channel 100G PSM4 module engineered for short- to medium-reach applications over single-mode fiber (SMF). It supports transmission distances up to 500 meters via a 1310nm wavelength using a MPO-12/UPC connector, making it ideal for high-density data center and InfiniBand environments.
Each of the four channels operates at data rates up to 25.78 Gb/s, enabling an aggregated bandwidth of 100Gbps. The optical interface is designed for parallel fiber transmission, and the module complies fully with PSM4 MSA, SFF-8636, and QSFP28 MSA specifications. It is also qualified for InfiniBand EDR (Enhanced Data Rate) end-to-end systems.

Equipped with DOM (Digital Optical Monitoring) via I²C interface, the module provides real-time monitoring of temperature, voltage, laser bias, and optical power. It is widely deployed in Mellanox SB7800 switches, ConnectX-5 adapters, and supercomputing clusters for efficient and scalable 100G connectivity.
