The MMS4X50-NM Compatible 800G OSFP 2xFR4 Optical Transceiver is purpose-built for InfiniBand NDR systems, delivering 800Gbps of high-speed data through a twin-port 2x400G architecture. Each port supports 4x100G PAM4 channels over single-mode fiber (SMF) using CWDM4 wavelengths (1271nm, 1291nm, 1311nm, 1331nm), with a maximum reach of 2 kilometers.
This multiplexed 8-channel transceiver uses two LC duplex connectors, making it ideal for high-density deployments in supercomputing, AI/ML clusters, and HPC data centers. The integrated finned heatsink ensures effective thermal dissipation, optimized for Quantum-2 air-cooled switches and similar infrastructure.
Compliant with OSFP MSA and InfiniBand NDR standards, and supporting Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM), this 800G optical module is a high-efficiency interconnect for next-generation computing environments requiring low latency and extreme bandwidth.
