Product Overview

The SFP28 Transponder is designed for CWDM and DWDM optical transmission networks.
It functions as an intelligent optical-electrical-optical (OEO) conversion unit, enabling transparent wavelength conversion and signal regeneration across multiple protocols.
With integrated 3R functionality (re-amplification, re-shaping, re-timing), the module can also be used as a repeater to extend transmission distance and improve signal quality.

The 25G OEO Converter supports multi-rate operation from 1G up to 32G and is compatible with GF-6000 Series CH04, CH08, and CH20 chassis.
