The GF-162G-1U02A-GX is a 1U, 19? rack-mount coexistence WDM element (CEx) that lets operators run GPON and XGS-PON on the same fiber using wavelength division multiplexing. It’s built for ISP ODNs, campus/enterprise access, and upgrades from GPON to XGS-PON without rewiring. Band plans match the PON standards: GPON 1290–1330/1480–1550 nm and XGS-PON 1260–1280/1575–1580 nm.
Product summary
• True GPON/XGS-PON coexistence on a single strand (CEx WDM).
• Low insertion loss: <0.9 dB (COM?GPON), <1.1 dB (COM?XGS-PON).
• High isolation: >30 dB for both bands; Return loss: >55 dB; Directivity: >55 dB.
• Rugged build: –40 to +85 °C, 5–90% RH; optical power handling: <300 mW.
• Installer-friendly: 1U 19? chassis (440×230×44 mm, ~2.5 kg) with SC/APC ports.
